A Short Account of My Visit to Teapot Cafe

Somewhere at the heart of Peter Celli Street, Fortkochi, and a little away from the beach, you find the Teapot Cafe. A small cafe, its outer walls adorned with close knit patches of greenery, is a place you must visit if you are a lover of tea. Apart from the usual flavours of tea like lemon tea, cardamom tea, Chinese green tea, etc. this cafe also offers some variant flavours like jasmine tea, rose tea, blueberry tea, raspberry tea, cranberry tea, etc. The variety I liked the most is jasmine tea though I have tasted rose tea and raspberry tea as well. I think it is the fragrance of jasmine that greets you as you bent down for your first sip that makes this tea special. The blueberry cheese cake is also a must try. The cafe menu also offers a variety of juices, shakes, lassi, teabites, coffee, etc. The cafe interior is rich with a number of antique teapot collections displayed in cupboards as well as hanging from the ceiling. Even the cups and the sugar bowl used in serving have it's own enamour. If you haven't still paid a visit to this cafe, hurry up. For this cafe will never disappoint you.
